Submit an inquiry form on our website so we can get an understanding of your wants, vision and type of event.

After the questionnaire is filled out, we will schedule a call with you, to discuss your details in depth and begin our collaborative planning process together.

PLAN


After our call, we will create a proposal for you based on the needs for your event. We can make changes at this step to best work with your style and budget.

We will continue to be in touch with you leading up to the event and accommodate accordingly if additional services need to be added.

DELIVERY


We will arrive at your event at least 2 hours before start time to ensure the photo booth is up and running. The on site attendant will take care of all things set up.

You are then strongly encouraged to just sit back, relax and enjoy your day!

  • Our professional team arrives 2-2.5 hours before your contracted start time to ensure perfect setup and testing. For particularly complex New York venues with specific loading restrictions or security protocols (common at Manhattan hotels and landmark buildings), we coordinate additional setup time.

  • There is no travel fee for events within 20 miles of our office. For events farther away, a travel fee will apply. Contact us to find out the specific fee for your location.
